Guest Sign-In

As a resident living in Edison, you are required to sign-in every/all visitor(s) that you grant access to the building by filling out the sign-in form upon their arrival. When your visitor(s) leaves you must equally fill out the sign-out form.

Rooms are contracted to Residents for their private use only. A Resident found to have an additional person living with them in Residence will face disciplinary sanctions.

Each resident is permitted to sign-in a maximum of five guests at one time. Only one guest may stay overnight, for no longer than two (2) consecutive nights and for a total of seven nights over one academic term. Please note that guests are not permitted to sleep in the common areas.
